Anybody have any work around for why i cannot use the typical keyboard shortcut in photoshop on my ipad to pick a color with my alt key while in brush mode? Is this a glitch I'm experiencing or did adobe not include this in their ipad version of the software? Tapping i then back to b to color pick while painting is cumbersome. The screen Touch controls are also cumbersome. Even procreate has adopted this simple toggle shortcut - im confused why its now missing from the ipad version of photoshop. Thanks for any help!

Welcome to the Photoshop Community. I'll help you figure this out.
The Touch shortcut in Photoshop iPad unlocks quick access to the eyedropper tool. You can tap & move to the outer ring of the touch shortcut to access the eyedropper tool.

Thanks for the response. I understand that photoshop has introduced touchkeys for the eyedropper but it is hugely cumbersome while painting in photoshop. The lack of a practical hotkey solution like the one on the desktop version (the option key) is what is keeping photoshop on the ipad from being a viable tool for painting. Even Procreate has adopted this most basic Adobe hotkey and will continue to be my go to for digital painting on until photoshop iOS catches up.
I have submitted this as a request. If any digital painters out there see this, please like it so it makes into the next round of updates as soon as possible! https://community.adobe.com/t5/photoshop-ecosystem-ideas/quick-color-picker-option-hot-key-in-ios/id...
