"Could not complete the Save As command because there is not enough memory (RAM)"

Hi,

I have been having issues with photoshop ever since the 1803windows update on my laptop.

I have tried factory reset, changing photoshop to an older version which still didn't really help much. and now i'm back on the latest update of photoshop.

My laptop has 4gb RAM and I had it checked out at the store to make sure it was all running smoothly, it is. So it's the photoshop app, and ass someone who uses it on a daily this has become a huge problem.

It's now loading images, however it is not willing to save them and comes up with the message in the title, I am at a loss for what to do.

I don't know coding so I don't really want to mess with that, is there anything I can do !

Thankyou

Hi

RAM issues have been reported with Photoshop since Microsoft's update to 1803

You can try this workaround, it has fixed many RAM related issues for people on Windows 10 version 1803

Error while accessing performance preferences - 'An integer between 96 and 8 is required.'

Hi

Adobe released Photoshop 19.1.5 today which fixes the issue.

Once installed, to allow Photoshop to manage memory - the temporary fix needs to be removed . See this :

Error while accessing performance preferences - 'An integer between 96 and 8 is required.'
