"File is Empty" Error

New Here ,
Jul 14, 2018 Jul 14, 2018

I was working on a Photoshop animation, with the Timeline window open, and hit 'Save' to save the file to my Adobe Creative Cloud folder. The program then initiated a save, but froze at 47%. I canceled the save, but was unable to initiate another save, or Save As to a different location (local Desktop).

I restarted my computer, and when I opened it up again, the file was now zero kb of information. There is nothing to open, and the work is now lost.

Does Creative Cloud autosave versions of files somewhere in the Cloud?

Any advice helpful and appreciated.

Thanks,

Jon
