"There are updates to Plugins In Creative Cloud"

What does that mean? It says plugins, not applications. When I open Creative Cloud, I don't see any notification of plugins needing updating. I only get a message on my computer that there are updates for them.

Adobe Camera Raw is the only plugin I can think of. It is listed separately on the update list even though it isn't a standalone app. Usually it's installed along with Photoshop, Bridge or Lightroom updates. Other than that, I don't recall that dialog. If you see this message again can you provide a screenshot? Shift + Cmd + 3 for a full screenshot.

Another area to try is is the Bug reporting forum. Again screenshots save a lot of explaining.

Have any Creative Cloud "Market Place" Plug-ins been installed?

Yes, that seems to be what the message is pointing to. I just don't know how or where to see what plugins need updating.
