"Transfer" in Brush Settings doesn't stay "off" in CC 2017 :(

Cannot turn "transfer" off on Photoshop CC Brushes.

Si in Photoshop 2014 I had an eraser tool which erased 100% of the image. When I use the same eraser in Photoshop CC 2017 it only erases part of the image. I went in brush settings and "transfer" is on when it wasn't on before. I deselect 'transfer" and go to erase and "transfer" stays on no matter what I do. So Frustrating. Why does CC 2017 change my brush settings?

Is this a custom brush? What are its settings in the Presets panel?

Here again...  Twirl open Transferfor the brush, and see what is set.  Transfer has Opacity Jitter, and that would do it.

Are you using a tablet?

And something that might well be behind this, are any of the Option Bar buttons turned on?  (Specifically the one below)

Yes that was it. "Always Use Pressure for Opacity" I either hit the button by accident or it was on by default. Either way I turned it off. Thanks.
