I have the same issue, glad to have a solution to try but could this not have been communicated, I've lost a lot of time uninstalling and reinstalling to remove preferences. Just a tad frustrating.

Thank you, I had looked at this page but it does not seem to cover the same issue of shortcuts not working when opening an image from within Lightroom to Photoshop using Ctrl  E.

I will try opening Photoshop first if not I will need to modify my work flow for a while.

There's also a bit of a problem when opening PS from Bridge. The solution is the same... open PS first then Bridge.
