Could you please share more details, like the version of the Photoshop application and the version of your OS? When did you start noticing this issue? Did it occur after you made any changes to the setup? Are you experiencing trouble uploading all documents or just specific formats? Also, please DM me your Adobe Creative Cloud email ID so that we can check if everything's alright there.
