How do you make the text larger on the layout so if you have hard time reading text in heading so you can read them. I  have 32" screen ad have problem reading small text

Go to Window > Navigator.  Use the Navigator panel to zoom in/out over select portions of your image denoted by the red box.  See screenshot.

Optionally, you can use keyboard shortcuts -- Ctrl+ 0, Ctrl+ +, or Ctrl+ - to make your image appear bigger or smaller on screen.
