Recommend how to get started with photoshop and Lightroom with Wacom Intous Pro

I have used Photoshop since version 3.0 back in the early 1990's. I was reasonably proficient until 2000. Photoshop became so much more complicated I started using Lightroom. In the last 24 years I have done very little editing photos. I want to begin to edit pictures again. Which version of photoshop and which version of Lightroom and want to use Wacom Intuos Pro. My wife gave me Intous Pro for Christmas and I'm looking suggestions on how to get started again. I have a 15 inch MacBook Pro Mid 2014. Processor 2.8 Ghz Memory 16 GB 1600 Mhz DDR3 running Big Sur version 11.7.2. Thank you for suggestions.
