I have purchased Photoshop today and have the latest version and purchased firefly so have plenty of Gen AI credits but everytime I try to use the removal tool I get the same error message (Using Windows 11)
Hi , thanks again , a "remove tool fix" has been created as it was obviuoulsy a common issue , this has fixed the problem and it appears to be working as expected

You are right! That is very strange!
What region/area do you live in? Have you tried removing and reinstalling Photoshop? Is this 26.10 that you installed?

Thanks!
I did a search in Google for "Is the UK version of Photoshop different than the US version" and found that the tools are the same, the language is somewhat different. Here is the text copied from Google:

Did you select English (International) when you installed the program? I am not sure if this is the issue or not, but I thought it was worth asking the question!
Let us know if this helps or if you are still having the same problem?

Spoke too soon , Photoshop updated earlier and the problem has been resurrected , is there an easy way to unwind versions and tuen off updates

Yes! I have auto update turned off on Photoshop. In the Creative Cloud app, click on your Account icon (profile icon) in the top right, and choose Preferences. Choose Apps from the menu on the left, and then click the Auto-update toggle to off. Then you can undate when you are ready, or when they have the bugs worked out.
From your Creative Cloud window you can then, if need be, re-install the last version of Photoshop that worked for you.
