Hi everyone!

Apologies, I am a new Adobe user, so I am not sure if my issue can be fixed.

I am currently working on a publication using Indesign and am editing my images directly from Indesign to Photoshop. I have just edited an image as black and white using the camera raw filter and saved it, but it has saved the filter onto my original file too. Is there a way to undo this? I am using a Macbook Air, and 2023 Photoshop & Indesign.

Thanks 🙂

Can you revert back in history (presuming that the doc wasn't closed).

Did you apply as a smart object/smart filter?

Did you work on a duped layer?

Do you have backups or perhaps another copy of the file, even if a JPG or resized smaller?

Please post screenshot of saved image with Layers panel visible, do not close Photoshop if it is still open.
