Remove layer movement while pressing control.

Painting is a very disturbing function for people in the industry.

This function is causing a great deal of interruption to the work.

At least I want you to change it so I can remove it from the shortcut.

I'm guessing that the OP is referring to the spring loaded 'Move' shortcut when you hold ddown the Ctrl (Cmd) keys, but it's a strange request as that is a super useful function, like all of the spring loaded shortcuts.

Michael Ninness covered them in his Power Shortcuts workshop at MAX way back in 2013

Ahh … Mac/Windows translation issue; on Mac the behaviour is associated to the cmd-key, not the ctrl-key.

In any case it does not seem a primary candidate for accidental pressing to me; @defaultjyhpuk0mt0q5 , what is the workflow in which this is an issue for you?
