Hi @Basant Mishra in short - you can't. There are advanced methods you can try to blur and remove some of the area but something this saturated is near impossible to completely remove.

Adding to Kevin's correct answer, Photoshop does not see a mosquito net; it only sees pixels. You could try using the clone stamp tool to change the color of the each black pixel where the net is, but it would take days or longer and still wouldn't look good.

FFT did a nice job to suppress the intensity of net, but some remains are still there.

Can you please tell me some ways to finish it off(pic attached after using FFT)?

Hmm...he managed to remove the teeth of the dog on the right and some of the white fur on their feet, plus embellish the whiskers, etc., etc., all while removing the the mosquito net.

 

It's nice, but if I were a judge, I would have disqualified him from the freelancer's contest.
