I need to get rid of these "scratch disks" which aren't allowing me to use Photoshop. They keep saying they're full and won't let me do anything in the app and making my entire workflow really slow.

@Photos shopaholic

A Scratch disk isn't something you can "remove". It is a large amount of free space that Photoshop requires to open and work in documents. The exact size depends on the size of the document(s).

How much free space do you have?

How large is the document you are working on?

You're welcome, @Photos shopaholic , and it looks like you had a good time with Puppet Warp!

You didn't ask, and you may or may not know this, but if you go directly into Puppet Warp, it is destructive editing. If you make the layer a Smart Object first, Photoshop applies PW as a filter that can be edited even after saving, closing, and reopening.
