In am trying to edit some game texture files. There are two files which i would like to edit are the diffuse map and the sepcular map of an armor piece. The diffuse map is how the armor will be painted in game, and the specular map basically creates depth on the armor by making certain parts darker or shinier.

The two files are identical to each other in terms of shape, the difference they have is in colour. I would like to know if there is a feature or anything in photoshop that will allow me to process the first file and then have the program repeat exactly the same process for the second file so I can match them up when importing them into the game as closely as possible.

You could record an action while performing the steps, then run that action on the next image. Tedious
