Replace font for numbers in all text layers

I'm using the Scripting Bridge in Objective-C to do Photoshop automation. I'm trying to replace the font for all numerical characters in all text layers with a specific font. I'm able to replace the font for the whole layer but not for specific characters.

Is this something doable? For example, if a text layer has: "The time is currently 10:52 AM". I would like to replace the font of 10:52 with a specific font.
