Hi, this is Kevin Buckle from London, England, UK. I'm Deaf and I'm studying for a PhD degree focusing on the intersectionality and the lived experiences from British Black Deaf Community. So, I'm trying to find how I can replace the distorted hand of which it is a part of AI generated female model (as pictured) with something like holding a glass of water or pointing a finger. Can any of you direct me where I can use the Adobe software, please? Thanks.
Not with Adobe Generative Fill that's for sure (without first cropping the image)...
You can layer and position over the original using difference blend mode or reduced opacity. Yes, the thumb is long, I didn't prompt for a short thumb, but I did have to specify that I wanted 4 fingers as I didn't think that 5 + a thumb was right.
The traditional method would be to find another image of the hand and add it, performing colour correction and retouching to match the source to the original.

Not sure about the iPad though.
Good luck!
