Is there a way to completely reset Photoshop to its "factory" settings? I have doinked it up so bad that it's driving me crazy.

The other way is in Photoshop > Settings under the General tab select "Reset Preferences on Quit".

Thanks, Derek. Sorry for the late reply. As usual, as soon as I posted this, I solved the problem.

I spent an entire day trying to get adjustment tools back and my image was locked to left side. Reset Preference on Quit did the trick. It was a full day wasted that I can now chalk up as “experience.”

Another option is to uninstall, use the Cleaner Tool, and then reinstall:

To restore preferences quickly using a keyboard shortcut:

Press and hold Alt+Control+Shift (Windows) or Option+Command+Shift (Mac OS) as you start Photoshop. You are prompted to delete the current settings. The new preferences files are created the next time you start Photoshop.
Note: Using the keyboard shortcut, preference files for custom shortcuts, workspaces, and color settings will also be reset to default.
