Resize Brush in Select & Mask - Photoshop Beta 25.0 & 24.7

Hi there colimn...I am experiencing the same issue except when I am at 24.7 version, the problem is not there. I have not found a work around. Let me know if you have.

bonjour, comment fait-on pour signaler le bug sur le forum bêta afin qu'ils puissent le résoudre pour la version de production? Sinon, comment revenir à la version précédente qui ne buguait pas ?

It works correctly in 24.7 production version.

If it's a beta issue, report it in the beta forum so that they can fix it for the production version.

Don't forget - this is what a beta is for: to weed out bugs before they hit the production line. That's what you signed up for when you installed the beta.

I tied a preference reset, still no better just the same, if it were machine related why would it be OK on Photoshop released version and all beta versions up to and including  24.6. Only 24.7 and 25.0 have the issue.

I have just searched this issue and it would appear there are quite a few people experiencing this.

I am also using Win 11 latest, everything works fine on my machine so its something on your machine. Have you tried preference reset?

Bojan, Just updated to 24.7 again - I don't see the brush as a +. I understand caps lock and how that works.  I see the brush as a standard cursor arrow. If I change the brush size using the brackets - the brush size will change in the size dialogue box but the circle doesn't appear on screen, the brush remains as an arrow cursor. My cursor settings in preferences is "normal brush tip". This is the case for 24.7 and 25.0 but if I downgrade to 24.6 - I get the circle brush back again. That would appear to be a bug. I am using windows 11 Home 22H2. 

I am running 24.7 and everything works fine. I guess you have pressed Caps Lock accidentally. If you see brush as cross + just click on Caps Lock and it should return to normal. If you still have problem open Preferences > Cursors and check Normal Brush Tip.
