Rotate clone source shortcut still not working in Photoshop 24.0.0

As always this shorcut remains to not work. Using Windows 10 Pro, Photoshop version 24.0.0

Your using Alt + Shift + < or > (Less Than or Greater Than keys)

It's working here on Windows 10 Pro with photoshop 24.0

What language is Photoshop running in? What language is the OS running in? What language is the physical keyboard you are using?

There are some limitations faced by some localized keyboards.

Yes I am using the alt, shift, and greater/less than keys obviously. Thank you.

Why is it working for others but not for me??

Could it be that Photoshop and Illustrator have issues with Windows 10 Pro specifically?

Make sure you don't have other programs running that can intercept keystrokes - programs for screenshots, video recording, streaming, utility programs like ms power toys, drivers to support additional touchpad or keyboard functions (if we are talking about a laptop), etc.

Yes to my knowledge I don't have any other programs running. 😟

Working here, too, Win 10 and 11.

If you restore your preferences using this manual method does it work correctly?

If that doesn't solve it, you can quit Photoshop and put the Settings folder back.
