I want to turn a horizontal line of text 45 degrees to fit into a design. How to do that?
[Moderator moved from Using the Community to Photoshop.]
I see that your other posts were to Animate or Photoshop.
In Photoshop, select the type layer > Edit menu > Free Transform. Then either drag just outside the text to rotate, or for precision type 45 in the rotation control in the options bar.
As Bob said, we'll be happy to move your post when you clarify your application.

I am working in Photoshop 21.2.4
Thanks everyone for all your help. I was able to turn it 45 degrees when I went to Free Transform
and dragged just outside. Thanks jane-e, Peru Bob and kglad. Appreciated!

in animate select your line and in the transform panel, change the rotation.
