Same shortcut to access brush tool and object selection tool?

I work on Mac Monterey 12.4 with Photoshop v23.4.1 in German

Not sure if that's a bug, but... I use keyboard shortcuts a lot. In one of the latest updates the letter "b" seems to be used for the brush tool (as before) as well as for "object selection tool" (Objektauswahlwerkzeug) which makes not much sense for me. If there's no letter available to access that new tool on its own, wouldn't it be more logical to use "w" (quick selection tool) instead of "b" (brush tool), because you select something rather than drawing something?
