I am at 12:46 and when I try to drag bar to the left, it keeps bouncing back?

Hi!

Notice that the area on the time line is gray and not purple? You need to set a beginning keyframe for that layer to be able to move to the end and create an ending keyframe.

Try it and let us know,

You need to put a keyframe at the beginning of the timeline before you can put one at the end.

I can't seem to get Group 1 Copy 2 to point in opposite direction

To make a change in group 2, you need to make the change on the layer. Did you duplicate your original layer to create the second group?
