Windows 11. Yet again I have problems with ico files. Photoshop 2024 does not appear to have support for the ICOFormat64.8bi plugin (why oh why has it not been given native support rather than relying on some ancient plugin?). I have installed the plugin in the Programs/common files/adobe/plug-ins/file formats but it doesn't appear in the 'save as' dropdown including 'save a copy'. Yes, I have of course applied the 'unblock' suggestion from various websites.
It all used to work in previous versions but now I need help again - please.

Whoops! I had restarted PS and the ico file format was still not showing but just now I restarted Windows 11 and - Hey Presto - I can save as ico! Sorry to have bothered everyone.
