Save for web doesn't work in Photoshop

Hi,

I use a mac Macbook air with Sonoma 14.6.1 and photoshop release 25.11.0, and it doesn't work save for web. can someone help me?

What's the bit depth of the image?

If it's 32-bit, Save for web will not be available.

You have 5 panels that aren't native to Photoshop - presumably third-party plugins? Have you tried to disable them?
