Save locations and window size of arrnaged windows?

Hey all, I like to use arranged windows instead of navigator when painting in PS to see the image from a distance, however workspaces dont save the size and location of arranged windows or even that they are open.

Is there any setting or option to do this instead of having to open and resize the arragned window everytime i open pS?

if i match zoom and location, does it save this so when i reopen PS arrange window will keep that?
