how to save my psd project into PDF most efficiently ( I don't want PDF of 10MB) and still allow me to have quality print.

My project was set on 300 px

1) You can choose File > Save As and save as Photoshop PDF. For print, choose PDF X 4 (if your print vendor accepts that format).

2) Or you could choose File > Print, and select Acrobat PDF as your print driver In the Print dialog. Click on Print Settings and choose the print settings you want (PDF X 4 if you vendor accepts that format).

The second choice usually results in a smaller file size.
