SAVE TO CLOUD DOCUMENTS GREYED OUT

Hello, I have been experiencing this issue for a while now and it's been really bothering me. When I try to save my designs, the option "Save to Cloud Documents" is greyed out. I am connected to the internet, there is plenty of storage left in my cloud, my app is up to date and I have the auto update turned on. The only thing that works so far is to quit and re-open the app, and while it doesn't take much time it quickly became a hassle because it happens quite a lot. Does this happen to anyone else? I'd appreciate the help, thanks!

When you restart Ps the save to cloud documents is re-enabled? and then at some time in the future it becomes disabled again?

Yes, that's what happened! Is this issue common? Perhaps I've accidentally ticked off a wrong setting?

It's not common at all. Are you on Mac or Windows?

I have had this happen to me several times on my Windows laptop.

This is very common. I am a teacher and it happens to me and my students all the time.
