For a few months I have been unable to save my files in Photoshop 2024. I had this issue with the 2023 version as well if I can recall. Everytime I click 'Save' or 'Save As', the window appears (which I believe is used to ask if I wanna save to the cloud or on my computer), but it remains blank and no options appear. I thought it was a load time error, but I let it sit for quite some time and there was still nothing. I'm using Photoshop 2024 Version 25.5.1 on a 2022 M2 MacBook. I tried using similar issue resolutions, but nothing seems to work.

Hey, @nerdlycartoonist. Welcome to the Photoshop Community. I'll help you figure this out. Before troubleshooting, update Photoshop to the latest version (vv25.6) via the Creative Cloud desktop app & check if the issue exists.
In Photoshop's settings, go to File Handling & toggle the Default File Location list from On your computer to Creative Cloud & the other way around and check if that helps.
If it does not, try these steps:
Go to the location of the preference folder mentioned below and rename it to back up. (https://adobe.ly/3u7u84j)
macOS: Hold down the Option key in the Finder when using the Go menu. The library will appear below the current user's home directory.
Library > Preferences > Adobe Photoshop [version] Settings
Rename the Adobe Photoshop folder by adding a .old at the end. (Adobe Photoshop 2024 > Rename > Adobe Photoshop 2024.old)
This will give a fresh start to Photoshop as a new installation.
Let me know if it helps. Thanks!
Sameer K
