Scanning error 9921

Trying to scan from canon ts6020 printer/scanner to latest version of photoshop.  Won't let me do it and brings up error -9921.  I updated the canon driver, but no luck.  Any thoughts?  Thanks.

Hi, what Operating System are you using?

Maybe there is some issues between the OS driver or the Photoshop plugin.

Try to use the scanner software outside of Photoshop.
