Scratch disk full - Can not solve this issue!!

Hi all,

 

I can not solve this issue where it says "Can not complete the command because the scratch disks are full" as I attached below. I don't know why it says so because my laptop has a space and I have emptied many things. My photoshop cloud storage is also empty. I can not work on photoshop because of this problem. Can you pleae help me ??

The scratch disk is a physical disk that Photoshop uses as a kind of extra RAM memory. It can't use cloud space for that, so it uses your local hard disk. How much free space do you have on that disk? Photoshop sometimes needs quite a lot, so 10 GB of free disk space (as an example) may seem a lot to you, but that is not nearly enough.

    What are your

    Photoshop > Preferences > Performance 

    and 

    Photoshop > Preferences > Scratch Disks 

    settings? 

     

    You can try using Edit > Purge > All to free up some space.
