Script to run Photoshop action on multiple folders/subfolders and maintain directory structure?

Hello!

I have several hundred (thousands?) of .eps images in folders and subfolders that I need to run a Photoshop action on and still maintain naming convention folder/sub-folder structure.

Is there already a script for this or would someone be willing to help me with this? I am familiar with reading code but not writing it.

Thank you in advance!

Sheila

EDIT: Even the basic Image Processor script that ships with Photoshop should be able to do this.
