Select all of one colour.

Good afternoon folks.I have a photo in which I would like if possible to select all of one colour and leave the rest black and white if possible. Any help is much appreciated.Thankyou.Have attached the photo concerned.

It will be the red of the poppies if poss.Apologies shoud have mentioned before.

Which color are you trying to select?

The distinction is not great, I would recommend using the a-Channel of a copy converted to Lab as the basis for a Layer Mask and amend that.

The poppies might also benefit from increased saturation.
