Select and Mask broken - Adobe Photoshop Version: 22.4.1 20210518.r.211 7b18b4f x64

it seems select and mask is broken (again) in the latest PS version.

nothing happens in the select and mask windows. but when i click OK then changes are applied.

but nothing happens in the select and mask window when using the brushes or pushing sliders.

it worked before an i did not change my windows system or upgraded my GPU etc.

We're sorry about the trouble with Select and Mask in Photoshop 22.4.1. Would you mind telling us which macOS version are you working on?

This is a known issue with Photoshop 22.4 & 22.4.1 & our product team is working on a fix. For some users resetting the preferences has helped.

You can try to reset the preferences of Photoshop using the steps mentioned here: https://adobe.ly/2Qzc0K3

You can also try disabling the option to Use Graphics Processor from Photoshop by going to Preferences, then Performance. Once done, quit & relaunch Photoshop to check if that helps.

hi,

she wrote she is using windows.

i am using windows 10 too and i have similiar issues with select and mask.

i tried all the usual tips like reseting preferences.

beside that disabling the GPU and missing all the features that depend on it is no option.
