Select Visible Layers and Copy Problem

If I recall correctly the command to Copy Every Visible Layer is as easy selecting the area of the visible layers then pressing Control + Shift + C.

 

Then I can paste it as a new layer, but the Control + Shift + C function doesn't seem to work anymore.

 

Does anyone know what the new keybinding is, or where in the Keyboard Shortcuts and Menus preferences the command is?

    In the Correct Answer link, the "Settings/General" is now "Settings/Preferences"

    I found the name of the command, "Copy Merged", in the "Edit" tab.

    When clicking the "Copy Merged" under "Edit" the copy function works as expected, the  Keyboard however does not recognize the Shift + Control + C....

    okay, found the command in under "Edit" in the Keyboard Shortcuts and Menus preferences. it is definitely "Shift + Control + C" it is copying and pasting, but the image that it is copying is incorrect..
