Send my "Saved Blank Document Presets" to co worker in PSCC?
How would I send my "Saved Blank Document Presets" to a co worker for them to be able to load into their photoshop cc?

If yous document preset has all the presets your co worker needs you could try copying your Preference files and have them replace theirs with yours. There seems to be two preferences files involved. "New Doc Sizes.json" and "MRU New Doc Sizes.json"
