Shape Adjustment not working

i've been drawing rectangles with rounded edges recently, today it wont work?, if i try and set the percentage of corners with the link chain selected or unselected it will not input same percentage for each of the 4 corners in each of the 4 boxes in shape properties... or if i change one the rest randomly change to random numbers...?...

Could you please post screenshots with the pertinent Panels (Toolbar, Layers, Properties, Options Bar, …) visible?

on the photo that says "43.82" in the first box, i changed that to 50 and it changed it to 43.82 , and the rest 34.18...

weirdly on another document the corners are working then arent...

Have you reset the Tool yet?

If that doesn’t help you could try restoring the Preferences after making sure all customized presets like Actions, Patterns, Brushes etc. have been saved:
