So I recently got a new Wacom Intuos Art Medium tablet and whenever I try to use the eyedropper tool in Photoshop (option key) it shows the eyedropper icon, but when I go to move the cursor with my pen it goes back to the tool I had selected before pressing the Option key.. I also tried using the command key to move something but it changed back to the tool I had selected before. The thing is I can use the keys fine when using my trackpad, but when I try to use the wacom tablet, that happens.
Here is a video i recorded showing the problem: PLEASE HELP!!! - YouTube
This also happened to me on Animate CC.
I've tried so many things but they don't seem to work (downloading a plugin, reinstalling the driver, resetting tools, quitting programs etc.) It's really frustrating! Please help!!

Hi DarithPin,
Please reset Photoshop preferences following the steps mentioned in Preferences in Photoshop and let us know if that helps.
Thanks,
Akash
