Should com.adobe.acc.intaller.v2 have "Full Disk Access?" (MacOS)

Tonight Generative Fill was grayed out (Photoshop 25.9.1). In desperation I started the Adobe Chat Bot and navigated to "talk to a person." I was prompted to download and install an Adobe utility that gave the Adobe tech (thank you Hitesh) access to my Mac. This required hacking a number of permissions under the Mac's "Privacy and Security" heading.

It was a pretty cumbersome process (it would have been much easier to simply download and install a new version of Photoshop) but after half an hour of error messages, a new browser, and a pile of new windows and texts, I had a functional version.

Now that it is working, I am trying to restore the previous privacy settings. Specific question: should the Adobe installer (see subjec line) have "Full Disk Access?" Also, is there anything else under "Full Disk Access" or "Accessibility" that is Adobe related that needs to enabled?

Thanks,

Mike

@mike30536175m4qm Installers will ask for permission when you run them so there is no need to permanently add each installer to the setting. Just agree to allow access when you download and install.

Photoshop needs to be added and allowed in Full Disk Access in order to access your HD.
