Please post screenshots in which one can see the magnification. 

Looks like moire owed to the structure in the photograph and the magnification.

I agree with @c.pfaffenbichler and would add IMHO that there is only something to fix if this is visible at the final 100% or 1:1 scale for copies for screen display or print output.

The only 'fix' is to not zoom out. What you're seeing is simply the nature of how screens work.
