shrinking size of multiple images in one document

Lets start with what you have to begin with a fifty page document with images and text.  What kind of document is that.   What file type is it.  Is it a file type Photoshop supports.  Does  Photoshop support the file type well or instead import it as a single raster layer document or import each pages and each image  as a single raster layer dociment.   What do you have  to begin with. 

You would probably want to make each card a smart object with all its parts together so when you resize, everything stays together. I mean it would all resize the same anyway so it is not mission critical but that is what I would do for sanity. If you posted a screenshot of your document it would really help us be able to give you more specific answers to your situation.

I do quite follow what you have.  You have some kind of document that has 50 pages.  On these pages the are full size cards and text.  You want to make all image the same size.

You should identify what kind of document you has the has 50 pages.   For example a multi page PDF.    Photoshop can Import all pages in a pdf as separate Page documents.  Photoshop can also import all image in a pdf as separate image documents.

If all  image have the same aspect ration Photoshop can easily resize all the image to the same size.  If all images do not have the same aspect ratio.  You need to decide how you want to handle different aspect ratio image.  If you want all image to have the same size  then image that aspect ration do not match the image size aspect ration needs to be address.   How should the be resized Content aware resize distortion or add a  border on a side or two borders on opposite sides.  The biggest problem is  how to know what text goes with the different card images.
