Side Panel Toolbar Not Showing Tool Names

My screen is a 42.5" 4K Samsung Q60 TV. A few years back I edited a registry file to increase the scale of the toolbars... Unfortunately now there seems to be an issue with it and it's not displaying most of the tool names... Assistance would be greatly appreciated... I really don't want to have to re-install the program...

You may have to trash your preferences in this case. Hopefully will fix it.
