Single key toggle foreground/background colors

As far as I am aware it is not possible to toggle the foreground and background colors with a single key action. (One key to toggle between the foreground and backdground colors.)

In PSCC 2017 and mac osx high sierra is it possible to script this toggle action?

What if you press "X" key. Does it what you want?
