Skin smoothing iPad

I am not sure if I am posting in the right board here. If not could you please direct me to where I should ask this question? I am going to be doing some skin retouching on my iPad Pro. I have always retouched on my desktop. I know that you cannot use actions with the iPad version but is there a simple way to do skin smoothing on Photoshop for iPad?
