Sky replacement tool question re iPad pro

Hi. I am brand new to Photoshop. Will the sky replacement tool be available soon on the IPad Pro? Or are you always going to require a desktop PC to operate all the functions that Photoshop has to offer?

What we CAN say is that the iPad app is its own beast and has only a subset (limited number) of the features from the desktop version. The doesn't seem to be any rule or plan that new features in one platform will be planned soon for the other platform.
