Slim Pen 2 / Microsoft Studio laptop doesn't have transfer within Photoshop

Hey all, I'm currently using a Slim Pen 2 with a Microsoft Surface Studio. I'm not getting any transfer out of the pen, but I don't have any issues with my Huion tablet, also using with the Surface Studio. I've updated the Surface with all the latest drivers from Windows update, but still not having much luck. I could see it being a Microsoft / pen issue but wanted to check Adobe as well.

@sixfootewok1 Does it work at all on the Surface Studio; in other apps or navigating the OS?
