So how do I make Photoshop to be in desktop but not in creative cloud Desktop?

So everytime I have to open Photoshop then I have to open Creative Cloud Desktop. My Lightroom is on the desktop for some reason lol.

It's not necessary to launch apps from Creative Cloud desktop app.  I keep my CC app closed 90% of the time.

WIN:  Go to Start or Program Files.

MAC:  Open your Applications folder.

From Windows 7 on, you weren't really supposed to have application shortcuts floating on the desktop. They are meant to be in the taskbar at the bottom. I don't know why Lightroom still insists on a desktop shortcut, it's about the only application I know that still does that.

 

All the applications are listed in the start menu, and from there you can "pin to taskbar". Here's what I see when I boot up the system:

Just add a shortcut on your desktop to Photoshop (in Windows right click on teh desktop then choose New > Shortcut)
