Question

Software keeps on freezing and crashing

I recently ugraded my MacBook from Intel chip to Apple silicon. I had a MacBook Air: Intel i3 8 GB RAM and I upgraded to MacBook Pro: Apple M2 Pro 16 GB RAM about 2 weeks ago. Ever since re-installing the Adobe Creative Cloud specifically for Apple silicon, I have been facing problems such as software crashes and freezes quite frequently. And believe it or not, I rarely had these problems on my MacBook Air even when it has an i3 chip (not even i9!). I am not sure if it's my laptop's problem or will this be resolved in a few days. All my applications are up-to-date and still, I might have force quit Photoshop and Illustrator at least 5 times now (in just 2 weeks) which was never a problem on my previous laptop. If it is a laptop related issue, it would be better to figure out now since I can get it checked out within a month of the purchase date.

Hi @Apoorva25391902ywba did you do clean installs of the apps or transfer to the new computer?

Yes, I used the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner to do the re-installation.
