Thanks to all who took part in last weekend's scarecrow challenge.
Brushes are important tools in Photoshop and in art generally. I wonder though, what could you make out of a brush?
The “rules”:
To download the image below at 1500 x 3500 pixels with an embedded ICC colour profile (sRGB), hover over the image and click on the circle with the arrows at the top right. Then, when the image opens in its own window, right click and choose “Save Image As/Save Target As” (or similar depending on your browser). The image is against a transparent background so there is no work for you in cutting it out.
When posting back your image – please use the Blue reply button in this first post. If posting a comment on someone else’s entry then please use the grey reply button next to their image post.
Have fun!

Dave, it must be safer to rush off rather than try to brush off this one (and those still hidden in there on both sides, completely unseen but given away by the ears).
Exquisite colour choice.

A flag brush Jane! I wonder if I turned it whilst painting it would also paint the UK flag?

That might work, Dave, we'd have to try it.

That flag looks correct to me Graham, assuming the handle is the flagpole

I must be missing something :
Jane's "flag" :
Correct union flag :
Incorrect (upside down) flag

But then what about the US Puerto Rican style flag on the other side?

With the US flag shown, when you lift up the brush and rotate it to have the handle as the flagpole to the left, the US flag will be correct with the stars at the top.
And when you flip the brush still having the handle as the flagpole to the left, the UK flag will be correct.
But then the US flag seen from the other side will be upside down with the stars at the bottom (and have the handle as the flagpole to the right).
