Hi
Thanks to all who participated in our previous kitchen challenge. With Halloween this weekend I thought we should do something related to that so, for this week's starter image, I bring you a pumpkin. What will you make with it?
The “rules”:
* Anything goes, as long as it meets the forum rules on decency, copyright etc
* Anyone, and everyone, is welcome to have a go, whether you are a complete beginner or a Photoshop expert. This is not just for our forum "regulars".
* There are no prizes apart from the chance to practice, show off, or bring a bit of humour and fun. Don't be shy, join in and have a go!
To download the image below at its full pixel size, with an embedded ICC colour profile (sRGB), hover over the image and click on the circle with the arrows at the top right. Then, when the image opens in its own window, right click and choose “Save Image As/Save Target As” (or similar depending on your browser).
When posting back your image – please use the Blue reply button in this first post. If posting a comment on someone else’s entry then please use the grey reply button next to their image post.
Have fun.
Dave

A most exquisite MP4, Jain; and the first SFTW one ever, I believe (I was lured into this in 34).

I love it Jain. A quick Google told me that PanosFX has Photoshop actions and other effects, so does it also have tools fro producing video? It is only 12Mb and nice and sharp, so all in all and a very nice job indeed.

Thanks so much! I don't know if they have tools for video production but they might. I set my length to 25 seconds because I didn't want the file to be too large but after rendering it was only 12MB. I almost went back to make it longer! The bundle I downloaded had 18 vector graphics (in PDF format, which was surprising) and the short action sets the canvas size and the orange background. Here is a screenshot of part of my timeline workspace with some of the frame effects expanded so you can see more of them.

Hi Dave and all,
I meant to mention this earlier. I was at an ACP event recently (end of last month) where there were special mentions of the top ACPs of 2021 (ACP Wall of fame).
Top 10 ACPs by number of replies included:
- @jane-e
Top 10 ACP Moderators included:
- @jane-e
- @davescm
Well done Jane and Dave. Thanks Dave for Something for the Weekend, the wonderful images and responses you provide.
I was on a list that got a mention for Most tenured members of all time (10+ years).

Thanks, Dean — I got booted out of the meeting just before those announcements and it took several tries to get back in so I missed them. My sister caught it and sent me a text.
+ 1 on your thanks to Dave for SFTW, his starter images, and his responses to each of our images.
And congrats on your mention for most tenured member of all time!
